These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Loop mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Loop ("Loop," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. The Service

Loop provides structured, time-limited digital programs intended to support personal habit change and self‑directed behavioral resets. The Service is informational and educational in nature only.

Loop does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to your physical or mental health.

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

The content made available through the Service is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes or should be construed as medical advice, mental health advice, or professional counseling.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Loop is not a healthcare provider.

  • Use of the Service is voluntary and at your own discretion.

  • You assume full responsibility for your use of the Service and any outcomes resulting from such use.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Loop is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Service;

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Loop or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non‑commercial use only.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

If the Service includes paid features or subscriptions, pricing and payment terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. All payments are non‑refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the instructions provided through the App Store.

8. Third‑Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third‑party services. Loop does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third‑party services.

Your use of third‑party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

LOOP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOOP’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LOOP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Loop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
